With their dials ingeniously designed to give the optical illusion of free floating hands, mystery watches are some of the most charming of all vintage timepieces. This white gold example by Longines is one of the best that we have owned in some years.

With an immaculate original two tone dial, this is a charming example of an early rotor automatic Seamaster. Very much an icon of the vintage wristwatch world, it is a classic model that combines superb looks with high precision engineering.

Containing the first movement calibre by Zenith to feature rotor self-winding, this is an important watch for the serious collector. It is very unusual, featuring a case that was factory customised for the De Beers diamond mining concern.

With a very attractive mixed steel and gold case, this immaculate vintage Omega Seamaster is especially unusual because of the large seahorse emblem on its case back. We do not see this eye catching format regularly.

Near mint throughout, this is a superb example of vintage Rolex production from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking, after World War II but before the dark period following the quartz revolution in the mid-1970s.

Containing the first self-winding movement produced by Zenith, this is an important and rare collector’s watch. It is the only bumper Zenith that we have owned and is an immaculate piece that will delight the advanced connoisseur.

Very classical in appearance, this is a text book specimen of a gentleman’s watch from Rolex’s Tudor range in the immediate post-war period. These watches are of very high quality and offer remarkably good value for money.

Unused since the day they were purchased, these two Omega stopwatches are in a condition that would be suitable for Omega’s own factory museum. They may be unique and we couldn’t resist adding them to our stock.
